`/api/public/btc` is reserved for the latest archived BTC hourly market-status publish. It is not a generic BTC ticker feed or a trade-notification stream.
Provenance fields include `status_selection_mode`, `publish_kind`, `publish_role`, `status_channel_id`, and `published_at_utc`.
