1. What Syntalium is
Syntalium publishes crypto market intelligence: market condition readouts, published setups, lifecycle records, and research statistics tied to verifiable SNAP identifiers and SHA-256 fingerprints. The service is informational and educational. It is not a brokerage, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser, and it does not execute trades, hold funds, or manage accounts on your behalf.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing published by Syntalium is personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Crypto assets are volatile and can lose some or all of their value. You are solely responsible for any decision you make and any outcome that results from it.
3. No guarantee of accuracy or outcome
Market conditions, published setups, and research statistics reflect the engine evaluation of historical, closed-candle data at a point in time. Past patterns or research statistics do not guarantee future results.
4. Fail-closed data policy
When required data is missing, stale beyond its freshness threshold, or an upstream endpoint is unavailable, the service shows an explicit unavailable or stale state rather than an invented value.
5. SNAP verification
The /verify tool recomputes the SHA-256 fingerprint of a stored canonical record and compares it with the fingerprint recorded at publication time. A match proves the stored record has not been silently altered since publication. It does not prove a trade outcome, exchange fill, or future accuracy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not abuse the public API proxy, attempt to degrade service availability, misrepresent Syntalium content as guaranteed financial advice, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
7. Third-party links
The service links to third-party channels, including Telegram, X, YouTube, TikTok, and Medium. Those platforms have their own terms and policies.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Syntalium is not liable for trading loss, lost profit, or other damage arising from use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
